Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "7sjl," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 7sjl platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://7sjl.one.
• "Platform" refers to the 7sjl website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated services, games, and features made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7sjl Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the 7sjl registration process.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live dealer tables, slot titles, bingo rooms, and any other wagering products available on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held within a user's 7sjl Account, whether deposited, won, or credited via promotion.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits granted by 7sjl that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Philippine Peso" or "₱" refers to the official currency of the Republic of the Philippines, which is the primary transactional currency on the 7sjl Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7sjl Platform, creating an Account, or using any service offered by 7sjl, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific games or promotions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7sjl Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

7sjl reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 7sjl will provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the 7sjl Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino participation.
2. You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold a 7sjl Account.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 7sjl or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the 7sjl Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

7sjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 7sjl may result in Account suspension pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of 7sjl services, you must register for an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 7sjl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify 7sjl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• 7sjl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 7sjl of a security breach in accordance with the above.

7sjl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

7sjl supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your payment method and account verification status.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 7sjl Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 7sjl does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. Any such deposits will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method.
• A valid, fully verified Account is required before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• 7sjl targets withdrawal processing within thirty (30) minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 7sjl reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

Bonuses & Promotions

7sjl may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds or Bonus Funds as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 7sjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated wagering strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

7sjl's determination of whether a bonus has been claimed in compliance with these Terms is final and binding.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 7sjl Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and 7sjl does not manipulate game results in any way.

By participating in any game on the 7sjl Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand the rules of the game you are playing before placing any wager.
• The results of all games are final once confirmed by the Platform. Technical errors that affect game outcomes will be investigated and resolved at 7sjl's discretion.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 7sjl's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• Disconnection during a game round does not automatically void the wager. The round will be completed according to the game's rules, and the result will be recorded on 7sjl's servers.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, table, and account status.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7sjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 7sjl support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Depositing funds from payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7sjl staff, support agents, or other users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 7sjl Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 7sjl Platform — including but not limited to the 7sjl name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of 7sjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 7sjl.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 7sjl trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 7sjl intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence and may give rise to legal action under applicable Philippine law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7sjl shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7sjl specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided that 7sjl takes reasonable steps to investigate and rectify such errors.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 7sjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Account Suspension & Termination

7sjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• Request by the Account holder to close their Account voluntarily.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable fees and after resolution of any pending investigations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided no breach of these Terms has occurred that would entitle 7sjl to forfeit such funds.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 7sjl support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Responsible Gaming

7sjl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all users of the Platform. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 7sjl users directly from the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when your play session reaches a duration you have pre-selected.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login and deposits are blocked.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of up to twelve (12) months. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

By registering for a 7sjl Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• 7sjl does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting 7sjl support with a written description of your complaint. 7sjl will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or, where applicable, to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
